Returns
The return policy lasts 7 days. If you bought the item 7 days ago, we will not grant refunding or exchange.

For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase which can be downloaded from the email address used during placing the order.
Damages
Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours after they have been delivered. Please send us an email with a photo attached at
returns@mygiftharbor.com so that we can do our review on it.
Keep all original packing material for courier inspection in case any product has been damaged during delivery to file a claim with the courier service. We will receive back this package at our office after which we will assess and give feedback within two days.
Refunds (if applicable)
You will receive an e-mail notification regarding approval or denial of your refund once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund would get processed thus you could expect a credit within three working days wherein would automatically apply to your mode of payment initially used.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account or MPESA wallet balance. Then contact Safaricom or bank respectively since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. In case you went through all these steps but still do not have your money yet, then contact us via returns@mygiftharbor.com.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange the item for the same thing, send an email to returns@mygiftharbor.com and then mail your product to:

Gifts
Where products were marked as gifts when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When we get back this item, you will be mailed a gift card.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when bought or because it was sent by a purchaser who might give that in future, a refund will instead be sent to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We accept returns through Fargo Courier or use our riders alone.
